7.4 Plugin for the NonLinLoc location algorithm, NLL_SEISAN (Linux only)

ONLY IN ALPHA VERSION AND ONLY TESTED ON LINUX

A plugin for version 7.00 of the NonLinLoc (Non-Linar Location) program, written by Anthony Lomax [Lomax et al., 2009], has been implemented in SEISAN to be used within EEV or as stand-alone. The purpose of the plugin is to have the possibility of event location with a 3-dimentional velocity model.
